Capacité à travailler en conditions isolées et à respecter strictement les consignes HSE. Operation of heavy equipment on mining and industrial sites (excavators, bulldozers, graders, loaders). Supervision et coordination des opérations de chantier (BTP, génie civil, terrassement). Gestion des équipes terrain, suivi des plannings, contrôle qualité et respect des normes HSE. Expérience significative en conduite de travaux sur chantiers guinéens ou en Afrique de l'Ouest appréciée. Supervision and coordination of construction site operations (civil engineering, earthworks). Team management, schedule tracking, quality control and HSE compliance.
